Dual purpose inner layer with reflective properties and inner quilted option when reversed. Fully taped seams. Two way zipper for attaching to outer layer or wearing independently. Fleece collar. External phone pocket with 'D' ring. Two external side pockets on both hi-viz and quilted layer. Elasticated cuffs. Removable zipped sleeves to create body warmer.
